Ash & Ros Field + Team from Iris Ministries Mocimboa
Saturday 5th December 3pm & 7.30pm
We are excited to have Ros and Ash who are friends to Generation Fire to have them back at the Fire Hub on Saturday 5th December.
Ashley, along with his wife Rosalyne and 4 children, Samuel, Jordan, Noahand Gabriella has a passion to see church planting and discipleship of the new believers here in the North. Ash grew up in a small country town in Australia, and was saved at the age of 19, when he was prayed for in a church for healing of illiteracy. He hadn’t been able to read at all, but after prayer, he picked up a Bible, and started to read. After this miracle, he dedicated the rest of his life to the service of God and His Kingdom, working and ministering in his local church, and later going on to run a church planting ministry and Aboriginal ministry in Northern Australia with his wife and children. God spoke to both him and his wife separately in 2011, telling them that in 2012 they would go to Africa and never look back.
Rosalyne serves alongside her husband, Ashley and 4 children with a burning passion for evangelism and preaching of the gospel particularly to the lost and those who have never heard the name of Jesus before! She delights to go to the darkest places with the light, love and power of Jesus, to see the captives set free and reconciled to their loving God. Rosa heard the voice of God at the age of 12 telling her she would one day live the life of a missionary in Africa, even though at the time she wasn’t living for God, and continued to live away from God until the age of 19, when she was captured by the amazing grace, love and forgiveness of God. She fell in love with Jesus, and laid down her life to love Him and worship at His feet.
